D-Day

■Hotel Pick – up
The rental starts from 9:00. Our staff DO NOT hand over a bicycle directly
Please stop by hotel front to get a waist bag which has a rental package in

Please open the rental package only when you agree with “Disclaimer and terms and conditions for cycling tour” that is enlveloped with

There is a paper that says key number in the bag.
※ Our company’s label is sticked on the rental cycle

■Other areas Pick – up
Please tell us your preferred time to start rental
Our staff, usually, hand it over directly.
Please pay the rental fees by credit card or cash.
※ Please notice that our staff may not be able to serve you with your preffered place and time.
Optional items are not available in terms of theft protection (But, key, tale lamp are included). Please make sure that you bring your own other optional items

Date to return

■Hotel Pick – up
Please, return the bicycle at the same location by 9:00p.m. Please return the waist bag which has the rental package to hotel front
※Please make sure that you have every items to return in the option checklist attached to the rental package Please take away your SD card by opening the lid of the body if you rented sports cam.

After Rental finished

In case of the hotel pick-up, to the customers who have not paid in advance,we will send an e-mail about the payment, please pay by bank transfer or credit card.

Recommended spot

Please plan to travel by the 3〰4 minutes nonstop per 1km as a guide.
※ 5 minutes per 1 km in downtown

Option4. Gloves it is compulsory to wear for winter season, BYO is also available. ¥300
Option5. Helmet for your safety, it is strongly recommended to wear helmet ¥500
