1. In consideration of being permitted to take a hire ride on a bicycle and associatedequipment and services, I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use and effect of this Deed of Acknowledgment And Waiver of Liability, Indemnity And Voluntary Assumption of Risk

2.I fully understand that cycling is an inherently dangerous recreational activity, presenting a great number of risks, or the risk of injury or death from any failure of the bicycle or any of its components.

3.I take full responsibility for the maintenance and safe keeping of the hire bike andequipment during my bike hire, including during the collection period proceeding and after my hire.

4.I authorise Tokyo Cycling Tour to charge recovering costs associated with the loss, theft, or damage of hired equipment at current recommended retail prices.

5.I agree that I voluntarily and expressly assume all the risks associated with hire and use of the bicycle and associated equipment and servicessupplied by Tokyo-Cycling Tour, including the risk of serious injury.

6.Under no circumstance, I admit that i cannnot shift responsibility upon Tokyo Cycling Tour and demand compensation for the damage occured during the hire.

7. I am also aware that by signing this deed,I authorise that I have carefully read and understood this terms and conditions carefully before Making a book for all the program “tokyo-bay area tour & rental cycle”.
